Job Summary

We are a reputable Family Medicine practice seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain thorough medical histories and vital signs, accurately documenting patient information in our electronic medical record system.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including EKGs, injections, immunizations, strep tests, flu tests, and COVID-19 screenings.
  • Provide telephone triage and assist physicians with procedures as needed.
  • Support general office duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in X-ray procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
