We're seeking a Mortgage Finance Specialist to join our team at DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. (USA Mortgage). As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the home-buying or refinancing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to every client, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Market and solicit residential loan business, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing process and offer expert advice on managing their mortgages.
  • Build and own your business within USA Mortgage, with the support of our dynamic team.
Requirements:
  • A 2-4 year college curriculum or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Encompass or equivalent systems.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of residential mortgage loan products.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Travel up to 50% and a valid MLO-approved license in NMLS.
Compensation:
  • State Minimum Hourly: $12.00 (recoverable)
  • Commissions on personal production
