About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the automotive coatings market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of our automotive coatings products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Utilize our Customer Retention Management System (CRM) to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience; sales experience in coatings or automotive industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
