We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Masonite International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing plant activities, supervising production, and delegating work assignments to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee plant activities and supervise production to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Delegate work assignments to team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Facilitate Gemba walks and monitor machine center performance to ensure optimum efficiencies.
- Participate in Tier meetings with senior leadership and use decision-making tools to drive business results.
- High School diploma with 3 years of leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.
- College degree with 3 years of leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual - Spanish required.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an annualized salary of $78,000 (for a 40-hour work week) + benefits. Base pay may increase depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
