Job Title: Product Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant to join our team at myKaarma. As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering compelling software demos to interested prospects and customers, leveraging your deep understanding of our end-to-end interaction and workflow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary product and technical expert throughout the sales cycle, articulating the value of myKaarma in the context of each prospect's unique needs.
  • Play a key role in continuously improving existing processes and approaches to support myKaarma growth.
  • Deliver sales demos in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity.
  • Work with Regional Sales Executives to navigate technical deal cycles and collaborate with Deployment and Implementation teams to ensure ongoing value realization for customers.
  • Provide insightful market feedback to Product Management and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop collateral to support prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop expertise in myKaarma processes, the ecosystem of our tools and competition, and strategies customers can take to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging the myKaarma platform.
  • Identify technical issues and concerns of dealer prospects to ensure complete customer satisfaction and understanding throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions or working as a product consultant/sales engineer/solution architect/solution consultant.
  • Automotive Industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to understand a customer's needs on both the business and technical sides.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as needed for conferences and other company meetings.
