Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic schedules
  • Obtain and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare providers
  • Perform prior authorizations and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements
  • Customer service experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • 6 months of experience in an office or medical office setting
  • 6 months of experience with Electronic Medical Records/Practice Management systems
