Job Summary:

The Marketing and Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in enhancing the company's brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position combines marketing strategies with exceptional customer service skills to drive business growth and maintain a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a talent for creative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Marketing Duties:

·        Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services and brand awareness

·        Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and the company website

·        Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape

·        Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

·        Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities

Customer Service Duties:

·        Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions

·        Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally

·        Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to offer accurate information and solutions

·        Create quotes and process orders efficiently and accurately

·        Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service and inform marketing strategies

·        Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications:

 ·        Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or equivalent work experience)

·        Proven experience in marketing and/or customer service roles

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

·        Creative thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·        Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

 ·        Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools

·        Experience with MS Dynamics

·        Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
