Sales Representative for Firearms Industry

Delta Defense, LLC is a private company that provides marketing, operations, and customer service for the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA).
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for creating a robust pipeline through professional relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in the territory. The successful candidate will share the USCCA story in group presentations and provide individuals with education, training, and self-defense liability insurance benefits through USCCA membership.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client base relationships
- Sell USCCA memberships at CCW classes and brick & mortar stores/ranges
- Execute the organization's outside sales program
- Ensure the successful achievement of Delta's sales goals across the nation
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam following company-provided training
- Visionary, entrepreneurial-minded professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Persuasive presentation skills with experience presenting to large audiences
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience
- $5,500 in bonuses upon successful completion of training
- Mileage reimbursement for all work-related mileage and car allowance
