About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at AZEK Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in Ultralox product category and demonstrate knowledge of the building materials industry
  • Develop great relationships with Ultralox reps in assigned territory
  • Cold call architects, GC's, and developers to sell our products
  • Present products at industry events and shows (IBS, Minneapolis Home and Garden Show, Deck Expos)
  • Manage conflicts between Ultralox and customers effectively
  • Utilize Salesforce to identify customer opportunities and track performance
  • Participate in business initiatives and projects to drive market growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired but not required
  • 3 to 5+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience
  • Experience in building industry preferred
  • Comfortable running virtual training
  • Eager, ready to learn, and open to being coached

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $59,000 and $75,000, depending on location, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
