About the Role:
As a member of our Internal Audit Department (IAD), you will play a crucial role in delivering valuable insights, utilizing specialized expertise, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Our team consists of technically proficient professionals who are collaborative, dedicated, and motivated to consistently produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The Consumer Compliance Internal Audit team evaluates business processes and practices to identify risks related to non-compliance with relevant consumer laws and regulations.

We conduct audit testing in a dynamic setting, covering a broad spectrum of regulatory topics, and assess risk management frameworks, controls, and governance to provide valuable insights to our business partners regarding compliance risks.

  • Privacy and Consumer Information Regulations

  • Compliance Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned audits and audit tasks utilizing departmental tools and adhering to established guidelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage in discussions regarding findings and solutions with clients and audit leads.
  • Develop comprehensive risk assessments and evaluate controls against industry best practices.
  • Enhance your skill set through required training and pursue advanced degrees or certifications as per departmental guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulatory compliance auditing within an Accounting/Consulting firm, Financial Institution, or Regulatory Agency.

Certifications:
  • Six Sigma, STEM, or Business, Risk, Compliance, or Audit-related certifications.
  • CRCM, CPA, CIA, CFE, CAMS, or American Bankers Association professional certificates.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position typically ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,000.00, with additional incentives as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay.
