We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Communications Manager to join our team at BGB Group. As a Healthcare Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans to drive customer engagement and retention. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the needs of our biopharmaceutical clients.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Your Role: As a Healthcare Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading the tactical planning of customer experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business strategies. You will also utilize data analytics and customer feedback to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Additionally, you will provide support for cross-functional workshops to foster a customer-centric culture and brainstorm innovative CX solutions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You will also need a minimum of 5 years' experience in customer experience, engagement strategy, strategic planning, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Familiarity with the regulatory environment and compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry is also necessary. Experience with digital transformation, omnichannel delivery, and implementing on CRM systems is a plus.
