Community Healthcare Professional Opportunity

Tal Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Healthcare Professional to join our team in New York City. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering quality mental health care to patients and families in underserved communities.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert mental health care to patients in an outpatient setting and Telehealth environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and community members to promote trust and effective care coordination.

Requirements:

  • A current NYS license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • At least 1 year of experience delivering mental health care in a Primary Care/Ambulatory Care setting.
