Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post-implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
  • Facilitate effective communications between all parties involved in the project, including meetings, correspondence, status reports, and other documentation.
  • Manage project issues throughout the project life cycle, communicating implications of changes to project scope with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes, utilizing project methodology standards in accordance with the ISSM.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 2 years of experience leading two or more concurrent project teams.
  • Completion of the BCBSSC Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred Licenses and Certificates: PMP Certification.
