The Brixton Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead our data initiatives and drive business value. As a key member of our Data Office, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable data insights, managing technical execution of development tasks, and supporting enterprise data management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and drive implementation of data assets.
- Manage technical execution of development tasks to ensure solutions add real business value and align with business goals.
- Support and disseminate enterprise data management strategies and drive execution with stakeholders.
- Evaluate issues in the governance of enterprise data, including problem definition, root cause analysis, and opportunity and solution recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and enterprise data management strategies.
- Solid experience in analytics and enterprise data management strategies, with strong knowledge of modern technologies in analytics & data science space.
- Experience driving analytics products proactively by partnering with business and providing thought leadership.
- Strong grasp of SQL, data management, and visualization tools.
- Strong grasp of cloud data platforms, best practices, and strategies.
- Familiarity with data science models and statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Previous experience in SAP S4 Hana data stack is highly desirable.
