Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in motivating and guiding service desk agents to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries, meeting the expectations of end-users and management.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor/Manager to strategize and oversee the team's operational activities, ensuring alignment of technical expertise and customer service with business needs.
- Provide daily guidance to the team in support of customer or management objectives.
- Conduct evaluations of existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Establish and maintain a high-quality work environment that encourages team members to excel.
- Address any disciplinary or performance-related issues in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare necessary reports for management or customers.
- Work alongside the supervisor/manager to conduct monthly performance reviews and one-on-one meetings.
- Ensure equitable distribution of workload among team members and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle escalations from analysts or customer management.
- Identify training requirements for the team or individual analysts and provide coaching as necessary.
