Security Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of our community, enforcing regulations, managing incident reports, and providing leadership, training, and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property, staffing of the gatehouse, and respond to emergency and routine calls for service
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations
• Ensure the completion of daily shift reports and incident reports
• Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse
• Supervise and train team members, providing daily leadership, motivation, and communication

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
• Internal candidate - at least 1 year of experience as a SES Officer 2 (EMR) or SES Officer 3 (Lead) in good standing
• Emergency Medical Responder certification (preferred)
• Current and valid driver's license
