We are a busy multi-provider private practice focused on Women's Health, with a commitment to providing exceptional care. Our team brings over two decades of expertise in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The key responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Managing patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Confirming insurance eligibility
  • Processing payments and collections
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling
  • Handling insurance referrals
  • Securing Prior Authorizations
  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Performing scanning and faxing tasks
  • Effectively communicating with patients
  • Collaborating with team members

Additionally, candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish being an advantage.

Exceptional customer service abilities, prior office experience, and a positive, caring demeanor are essential for this position.

While previous experience in a medical office and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred, we welcome applications from candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.
