About Us: Celebration Obstetrics And Gynecology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Call Center Representative. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional patient care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values.

Job Summary: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, handling a high volume of calls while ensuring excellent customer service. Your ability to multitask, utilize Zoho and EMR systems, and manage customer interactions effectively will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Incoming and Outgoing Calls: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information regarding appointments, medical services, and office policies.
  • Patient Verification: Verify patient insurance at the time of making appointments to ensure coverage and address any issues promptly.
  • Utilize Zoho and EMR Systems: Manage patient information, appointments, and follow-up tasks using Zoho and EMR systems.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
  • Communication with Medical Staff: Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Data Entry and Record Management: Perform data entry and update patient records in EMR systems.
  • Multitasking and Time Management: Demonstrate strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho, EMR systems, and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient information and scheduling.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Schedule:

Education:

  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Medical Terminology: 1 year of medical terminology experience.
  • Computer Skills: 2 years of computer skills experience.

Language:

  • English: English language proficiency.
  • Spanish: Spanish language proficiency (preferred).

Work Location: One location. In-person work required.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.
