Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Relocation Activities: Oversee daily relocation tasks at multiple sites, working closely with residents to prepare and assist them with all required relocation activities.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on relocation progress.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors, including cleaners, moving companies, and pest control services, to ensure timely and efficient relocation services.
- Data Collection and Tracking: Collect and track data on relocation activities, including resident surveys and relocation reports.
- Resident Support: Provide relocation counseling and assistance to residents, ensuring they are prepared for their move and have access to necessary resources.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and other team members to ensure seamless relocation services.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to clients and management, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of relocation activities.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Experience in relocation services, social services, customer service, or similar fields preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, work in adverse weather conditions, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Language Skills: Ability to provide verbal interpretation and written translations if the resident population requires communication in specific languages.
