Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Military Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing business contracts for financial agreements, negotiating contract terms and conditions, and analyzing potential risks involved with certain contract agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment, as well as the ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents. Additionally, you will have the ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to real scenarios, and have a basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with each party
- Analyze potential risks involved with certain contract agreements
- Manage and review business contracts for financial agreements
- Develop and implement effective procurement proposals
- Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns
