Patriot System Repair Specialist

At Raytheon, we are seeking a skilled Patriot System Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems, ensuring the Patriot missile system operates at optimal levels.
This role involves working with complex electronic systems, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs. You will also be responsible for monitoring work performed by subordinates to ensure it meets or exceeds established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install authorized third echelon modifications and provide day-to-day execution and oversight of the refurbishment and modification processes.
- Perform depot-level diagnostics, fault isolation, and repair for Patriot Major End Items (MEIs).
- Utilize system diagnostics, built-in test (BITE), software, and external test equipment to isolate and troubleshoot system faults.
- Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) programs and assist the section officer in enforcing safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in field maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, to include integration and checkout.
- Ability to implement and install approved Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) on equipment.
- Must be able to obtain a Saudi Arabia work Visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Patriot Depot Forward maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience with Raytheon Quality Control procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with the Patriot refurbishment, modification, and system integration and check out (SICO) process.
- Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills.
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills.
