Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with a minimum of one year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as one of the key Speech Language Pathologists in our practice, collaborating closely with a group of committed professionals to offer comprehensive therapy services to our clients.

Incentives:
We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for candidates who can start promptly.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients facing communication challenges.
2. Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
3. Provide therapy services addressing a variety of speech and language disorders.
4. Work in partnership with other therapy team members to ensure cohesive care.
5. Maintain precise and current documentation of client progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid DORA license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)
- Successful completion of PRAXIS
- At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Openness to working with clients of diverse age groups and diagnoses
- Availability for after-school hours

Compensation:
- Salary range: $65,000 to $73,000 annually

Sign-on Bonus Details:
- Full-time employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, contingent upon working an average of 40 hours per week during that period.
