  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $73,000 per year + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • CF: $64,000 per year to start + $4,000 Loyalty Bonus, with the potential for increase after obtaining CCC's

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.
  • Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid DORA license.
  • Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses.
  • Availability to work after school hours.

Loyalty Bonus Terms

  • After one year at Straka, receive a $2,000 loyalty bonus.
  • After two years, receive an additional $2,000 loyalty bonus.
  • If you leave after receiving the one-year bonus but before completing two years, the $2,000 one-year bonus will need to be repaid.
