Position Overview

Your Contribution:

As a vital member of our Truehold team, you will be the first point of contact for new clients. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction is genuine, supportive, and informative, reflecting the values of our innovative company.

Core Duties:

  • Conducting a set number of outreach calls daily
  • Understanding each seller's unique motivations and explaining how Truehold can fulfill their requirements
  • Overseeing and evaluating a substantial volume of leads using Salesforce CRM
  • Aiming to meet or surpass established performance metrics, including daily and monthly targets
  • Collaborating with various departments, such as Marketing and Real Estate

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, plus one weekend each month, with varying shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time based on business needs
  • Availability for certain holidays
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements
  • Experience in customer-oriented sales and relationship management
  • Background in phone sales, senior housing, or real estate is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other technological tools
