As a Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Specialist, you will provide expert psychiatric consultation services at our flagship Inova Fairfax Hospital, a 923-bed level 1 trauma center, and robust teaching services to medical students, residents, and fellows.

The Behavioral Health Service Line at Inova Fairfax campus has 41 adult inpatient beds in addition to emergency psychiatry services across 11 emergency rooms, and ambulatory psychiatric services across the northern Virginia region. Our team is dedicated to promoting total wellness - mind and body - by offering a full spectrum of mental health and addiction treatment services to the surrounding community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in psychiatry, with a focus on consultation-liaison psychiatry. You will also need to be eligible for a VA medical license and have a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring.
