Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales calls and provide personalized sales support to customers
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone-based selling techniques
  • Effectively sell products and services to prospective customers and maximize additional revenue from existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-6 months of office, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a very high level
  • Proficient in computer software and hardware, including Windows and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive outside contact with customers and the public
  • May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • May be required to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
