About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure as a Registered Dietitian (if applicable).

Pay Range
