About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical nutrition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field and completion of an accredited dietetics program.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and state licensure (if required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
