Responsibilities

As a Nursing Care Professional at Maxwell Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living

* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress

* Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

* Participating in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing

* Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid

* High school diploma or GED required; four-year college or university degree desired

* 1-2 years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Salary Information

This is a full-time position, and the estimated salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
