Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from customers seeking coverage for their rental properties.
- Convert leads by quickly responding to quote requests submitted through our platform.
- Engage with customers primarily via phone, while also utilizing SMS and email for communication.
- Adapt to evolving technologies as we continuously refine our processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback for product improvements.
Qualifications
- Experienced: Minimum of two years as a successful, licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer with knowledge of Homeowners/Dwelling Fire policies.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer skills and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Motivated: Driven by a passion for sales, competitive, and efficient in delivering results for customers.
- Self-Motivated: Disciplined and capable of executing tasks independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ambitious: Committed to achieving goals, willing to invest time beyond traditional working hours to meet targets.
Licensing Requirements
- Must possess an active Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state.
- Non-resident licenses will be managed by the company.
Compensation Package
- Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $175,000, with unlimited commission potential and a competitive base salary.
