  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development and provider relations professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, provider relations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business development and provider relations skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
