About the Role

As a Spacecraft Physics Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and realistic models of our spacecraft and launch vehicles, using your expertise in physics, mathematics, and programming languages like C++.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our simulation software accurately reflects the real-world behavior of our spacecraft and launch vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed models of spacecraft and launch vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and propulsion systems
  • Collaborate with simulation software developers to integrate model data into our simulation framework
  • Test and validate simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional experience building software
  • Strong knowledge of physics, mathematics, and programming languages like C++
