Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including IV therapy, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage personal and professional development, maintaining required clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current State of Louisiana licensure from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred: IV Therapy Credentials.
