Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including IV therapy, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Adapt to changing priorities and patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage personal and professional development, maintaining required clinical knowledge and skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current State of Louisiana licensure from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: IV Therapy Credentials.
