We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives and driving business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process mapping and visualization tools to enhance financial management functions
• Lead teams to document current and future state of financial management functions and execute change management efforts
• Support the development of financial strategies and create training materials to enhance financial operations
• Identify key stakeholders and organizational improvement opportunities in financial management and operations
• Oversee the review of root-cause analysis activities and validate corrective actions
• Research and interpret the impact of Federal standards, policies, and regulations on financial operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of experience with Federal financial management and controls, reporting, budgeting, auditing, or audit readiness
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM/CFE/LSS preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading financial practices
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• U.S. Government Secret clearance required
