Repair Service Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Repair Service Coordinator to join our team at James Free Jewelers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication between customers and repair departments.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry and/or watch retail. They should possess excellent customer relation skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers throughout the repair process, maintaining regular communication and ensuring that every repair request is documented accurately.
Main Responsibilities- Process incoming jewelry, watches, and other repair items, working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist customers with the pick-up and sale of repaired jewelry, providing exceptional service and support.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, notifying them when their repair is completed and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Advise customers on all incoming jewelry and watch repairs, documenting key data and features.
- Field incoming inquiries from customers via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
- A minimum of two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally in jewelry and/or watch retail, with a demonstrated concern for customers and coworkers.
- A strong drive to exceed customer expectations, coupled with an appreciation for the sentimental value of jewelry.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High integrity and ethical standards, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities and strong interpersonal skills.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience.
