This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following manufacturer's repair procedures. You will utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs, and maintain a high standard of quality by following established repair procedures and safety protocols.


Additionally, you will collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a body shop technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. They should be proficient in automotive body repair techniques, skilled in using industry-standard tools and equipment, and have extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following manufacturer's repair procedures.
  • Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs.
  • Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Keep accurate records of repair procedures for the job performed.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, including estimators, customer service representatives, and painters, to provide outstanding customer service.
