Job Summary

The Clinical Manager, Corporate Wellness will oversee the clinical operations of Employer Solutions Clinics, ensuring adequate staffing and developing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director and key stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to operationalize innovative, quality solutions that respond to our customers' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff, including staffing, training, and development
  • Management of day-to-day operations of Employer Solutions Clinics
  • Development of policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director and key stakeholders
  • Leadership of process excellence and improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with Advisor of Business Ops for improvement or maintenance of customer service results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Registered Nurse
  • Field of Study: Nursing
  • Years of experience: 5+ years in management of occupational health, onsite clinics, urgent care or other applicable service lines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters of Science in Nursing or Masters in Healthcare Administration
  • Certification in occupational health
  • 5 years occupational health nursing with experience with programs focused on occupational health regulatory bodies
  • Previous management experience
