Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid role)

Pay Range: $25 to $38 per hour depending upon experience

Duration: 3+ month contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Communications department, you will support cross-functional partners and help drive our internal communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal communication.
  • Participate in the design and execution of the companywide communication strategy.
  • Prepare, develop, and implement crisis communications.
  • Maintain and own all communication channels and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years' progressive experience in communications, aviation, change management, or equivalent.
  • Advanced ability to listen to understand, analyze, interpret, and strategize.
  • Experience with supporting all levels of leadership and the ability to flex from strategic to tactical when needed.
