About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional in climate strategy to strengthen our marketplace as an Integrity Lead. This position will collaborate with carbon project suppliers, innovators, and technologists at the forefront of carbon removal and market development. You will cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing supply and ecosystem partners to foster trust, integrity, and transparency within carbon markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on integrity for technical climate inquiries, project assessments, and supplier onboarding, representing our network of supply and project developer partners to the broader Patch team while providing valuable market insights.
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance integrity, trust, and transparency in carbon credits.
  • Collaborate with Patch's Go-To-Market, Engineering, Product, Design, and Partnerships teams to meet commercial goals.
  • Strategize and implement new business processes across our supplier network.
  • Ensure a positive, partner-focused experience for team members and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive technical or academic experience working with diverse stakeholders in sustainability or climate-related sectors, including carbon removal and voluntary carbon markets.
  • Hands-on approach to collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams to refine Patch's integrity processes.
  • Strong understanding of various carbon project technologies, market participants, and industry trends.
  • Strategic thinker capable of adding value to partners and team members through market insights.
  • Proven ability to independently deliver results and influence others' work.
  • Experience in communicating value to existing and prospective partners through developed market insights.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations to strengthen relationships.
  • Availability to work from our office a few days a week.
