The Role

We're seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team. As Head of Integrated Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business impact and brand awareness. Your expertise will help us connect with our target audience, build brand love, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft full-funnel strategies and plans that drive sales and engagement targets.
  • Lead the execution of cohesive activation plans, including always-on marketing activities, brand partnerships, and SMB influencer relationships.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Develop content strategies with internal teams and external agencies to enable effective campaign performance.
  • Advocate for marketing investments that create sustainable marketing impact and business growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B product marketing or integrated campaign experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex environments with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with peers and senior leadership.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing, diverse marketing channels, and associated goals and metrics.
  • Experience using data, metrics, and customer insights to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills, with proficiency working with remote teams.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth, and/or publicly traded company experience.
  • Proficient understanding of the Tech industry, with a plus for Legal Tech experience.
  • MBA or equivalent.
