Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a full line of John Deere Ag equipment and allied products to customers in your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a commission-based role
  • Knowledge of agriculture equipment or ag industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
