We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, and checking in customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Write accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
- Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork
- Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions - written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
