Job Summary

The Eastern Bank Marketing team is responsible for the voice and stewardship of the Eastern Bank brand. As a Marketing Associate III, you will oversee project management and drive Eastern's awareness, familiarity, and consideration set with brand and product advertising and marketing campaigns via omnichannel strategies. This role will work closely with key internal partners, including Product Delivery, Business & Commercial Lending, Retail, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and the Eastern Bank Charitable Foundation, as well as agency partners and internal Marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple omni-channel campaigns and projects with direct campaign management responsibilities for channels such as broadcast, radio, display, social media, paid search, email, merchandising, and web.
* Work with the bank's creative and media agencies to coordinate advertising and campaigns, focusing on creative/brand and media/social/search digital.
* Project manage multiple omni-channel campaigns and projects, including merchandising, event planning, and management of all Eastern local sponsorships.
* Collaborate with community and charitable partners to create engaging experiences and campaigns.

Requirements

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years' experience in Consumer and/or B2B marketing role, corporate or agency.
* Experience in Financial Services marketing is highly preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills—both oral and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other database management programs as necessary.
* Highly detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented.
* Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently.
* Maintains professional demeanor in all situations and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer/client service and responsiveness.
