About the RoleAs an Educational Program Lead - BrightPath Kids USA, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational experience of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years at our Manchester, CT location. Estimated Salary: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour.


Responsibilities:
  • Work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care.
  • Create a warm and safe environment that encourages children to grow and explore.
  • Partner with families to create plans for their children's care and education.

Requirements:
  • An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Head Teacher certification OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses OR Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
