Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Site Leader to join our team at GE Aviation in Rutland, VT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Partner with the leadership team to design and implement organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, labor relations, and employment law.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
