Job Overview

We are seeking a Culinary Supervisor to join our team at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
  • Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget.
  • Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
  • Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
