Key Responsibilities:

  • Review vehicle inspections and estimates, providing informed recommendations for maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Welcome customers promptly upon arrival.
  • Gather necessary customer and vehicle information.
  • Accurately report all vehicle issues as described by the customer.
  • Assess and recommend maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.
  • Monitor the status of each vehicle throughout the day, keeping customers updated regularly.
  • Ensure that the final invoice aligns with the work completed on the repair order.
  • Clearly explain all completed services and associated charges to customers.
  • Conduct follow-up communications post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints while maintaining the value, quality, and integrity of our services.
  • Experience with GM vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
