About the Role:

This is a full-time position that comes with a competitive wage of $20-$25/hr depending on experience and is paid weekly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid vacation, and paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on commercial properties, including carpentry, maintenance, and repairs to cabinets, tile, doors, stucco, and drywall.
  • Work on retail projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of field experience in a related field.
  • Experience as a handyman/maintenance repairman.
  • Technical training degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience working on retail projects.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Trustworthy transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call.
