Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their banking needs and financial goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Open deposit accounts and originate loans, including real estate secured loans
  • Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partners

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lending
  • Or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank
  • Or participation in a First Citizens career development program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services sales experience
  • Telephone sales experience
