About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about economics and education? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Economic Outreach team as a Summer Intern.

As a Research Outreach Intern, you will support the development and implementation of educational resources, presentations, and events that promote economic education and awareness in our community.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the design and development of educational resources and programs
  • Supporting the planning and management of meetings, workshops, conferences, and events
  • Developing innovative marketing and communication materials
  • Preparing resource and handout packets for presentations
  • Tabulating evaluations and analyzing feedback for programs
  • Performing miscellaneous research duties, such as literature reviews and special projects

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled college student, preferably rising junior or senior status
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Significant economics coursework required
  • Familiarity with the Federal Reserve System
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop creative presentation and marketing materials
  • Basic knowledge of and experience in use of research techniques
  • Passionate about data exploration and the ability to communicate findings
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
